Admissions Process

We thank you for your interest in Toddler’s Den for your child’s early education. We are currently accepting applications for admissions to the following programs at our Ahmedabad campus:

• Parent Toddler (9-21 months) June 2025 Evening Batches
• Play Group-1 (18 months and above) September 2025 Batch
• Play Group-2 (2-3 years) June 2025 Morning and Afternoon Batches
• Pre-K (3-4 years) June 2025 Batch
• K-1 (4-5 years) June 2025 Batch
• K-2 (5-6 years) June 2025 Batch

Parents can begin their child’s admissions journey by either applying directly or registering for an Admissions Open House. The steps for both options are outlined below:

For parents interested in applying directly:

1. Fill out the online application form and pay the application fee of Rs. 1000/-
2. Our admissions team will contact you within 1-2 working days of submitting your application.
3. You and your child will be invited to the school for a personalised school tour and an in-person interaction with our Head of School.

For parents interested in attending an Open House:

1. Register for an upcoming Admissions Open House.
2. During the Open House, you will learn more about our curriculum and pedagogy, explore the campus through a guided tour, and engage with the school leadership.
3. After the Open House, you and your child will be invited to the school for a 1:1 interaction with the Head of School.

Once the interaction is complete, the admissions decision will be communicated. Parents must email the required documents and pay the registration fee within 5 working days to confirm their child’s admission.

Note –

1. If the parents are unable to attend the open house or the in-person interaction due to being based in another city or country at the time of application, they can write an email to contact.ahmedabad@todden.com to request for a virtual interaction between them and the admissions counselor.
2. Submission of the application form or attending the Open House is not a guarantee of admission to the school.
3. Admission decisions at Toddler’s Den are based solely on personal interaction with parents.
