At Toddler's Den, we’re more than a school—we’re a community. We recognize that it takes a village to raise a child; hence, we collaborate with parents to create an environment that brings home and school closer, enhancing children’s learning and development.
When children see both parents and teachers working together to support their learning, they develop crucial ideas about the importance of positive relationships. This in turn leads to parents trusting and respecting teachers and their work, thus allowing teachers to confidently nurture their children. Parents are an active part of celebrations, events, and customs of the school and contribute to the early learning experience in its entirety.
Through student led conferences, exhibitions, and show and tell sessions, parents are provided a window into the learning methodology at Toddler’s Den. By involving them in the workings of the curriculum and program, parents better appreciate the value of play-based learning and the school’s vision and learn about the attitudes and skills that their children are developing.
